Hey there everyone, I am stumped with my Z. Its a 91 that I bought as NA, swapped it to TT, found out my compression was bad and swapped it back to NA two years later. My NA motor wont start up. It cranks but will not turn over. Compression is great, spark plugs are new and gaped correctly, coils are good out of a known working motor, injectors ohm out within spec around 12.5 across the board. I have spark, and I have fuel but no injector pulse. I dont know where to go from here. I have a known working ECU installed, a known working CAS but no matter what I do with the key turned and with me manually turning the CAS I do not get fuel to the cylinders nor do I hear the clicking noise that I am supposed to. The fuel pump kicks on when i turn the cas and I hear only one click when i stop turning it when the fuel pump turns off. It is possible that i pinched a wire on the CAS harness but theres nothing I can find in the FSM to tell me where to check continuity to make sure that theyre solid wires. I know my problem for the Z not starting is no injector pulse but i cant figure out whats causing it. I get a code 55. occasionally it flirts with the Detonation sensor circuit code when i start wiggling the harness around trying to make the CAS work but It currently isnt showing. Any (constructive) input would be awesome guys.
